Player Safety & Fair Play

Report a player

Report suspected cheating, harassment, threats, fraud, match fixing, or other serious rule breaches privately through a Wyvern Discord support ticket.

Recommended Route

Open a private Discord ticket

Discord tickets give the moderation team one private place to ask follow-up questions, review evidence, and keep you updated. Do not post accusations or evidence in public channels.

Do not be afraid to contact the team if something does not feel right. It is better to be safe than sorry, and staff are happy to help if you are unsure whether something should be reported.

Join Discord & Open a Ticket
  1. 1Join the Wyvern Discord server or open it if you are already a member.
  2. 2Go to the Support section, open the #support-ticket channel, and create a ticket with the details, evidence, and any other relevant information.
  3. 3Keep the ticket open in case a moderator needs clarification.

Include in Your Report

Help moderators act quickly

  • The player's exact Wyvern and in-game usernames.
  • The event, match, date, approximate time, and region.
  • A factual description of what you saw or experienced.
  • Original screenshots, clips, VOD timestamps, or replay files.
  • Names of witnesses or affected teammates where relevant.

Keep original evidence where possible. Do not edit clips in a way that removes important context, and do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Reporting Standard

Report privately and in good faith

A report is not proof of wrongdoing. Moderators will review the available information and apply the rules fairly. Reports are handled as privately as reasonably possible.

Do not harass the player, encourage mass reporting, submit repeated reports about the same incident, or knowingly provide false evidence.

Cannot use Discord?

Email is available as a fallback. Discord tickets are preferred because they make evidence review and follow-up easier.
