1. Introduction
Welcome to Wyvern Network. By creating an account, registering for a tournament, or participating in competitions on this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and comply with all tournament rules and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for making sure you are legally permitted to participate in the relevant event, including any age, residency, platform, or prize eligibility requirements that may apply.
3. Minors
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the platform or enter events with appropriate parental or guardian permission, and some events may be limited to adults only. We reserve the right to ask for age or identity verification where required for eligibility, compliance, safeguarding, or prize distribution.
4. Fair Play
Cheats, exploits, scripts, account sharing, collusion, match fixing, and any unfair competitive advantage are strictly prohibited, including peripherals such as a Xim, Cronus, or Titan.
5. Enforcement
If cheating or fraudulent conduct is suspected or confirmed, we may disqualify players, reverse results, withhold prizes, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and take legal action where appropriate.
6. Match Evidence
Players may be required to provide screenshots, VODs, stream links, or replays to verify match outcomes or investigate disputes. Where we request proof uploads or verification materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and understand they may be reviewed by authorised staff for moderation, dispute handling, competitive integrity, fraud prevention, or prize validation.
7. Prizes
Prize payouts may be delayed while results are reviewed, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Players found to have broken the rules may forfeit prizes. Identity verification may be required before receiving prize money. We may also refuse, delay, or cancel prize distribution where legal, compliance, anti-fraud, age, tax, sanctions, or payment-provider requirements are not met.
8. Admin Decisions
Tournament administrators reserve the right to investigate, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules. Administrative decisions are final.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, tournament rules, or platform policies.
10. Declaration
By creating an account and participating in tournaments, you agree to compete fairly and understand that violations may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, account suspension, and further action where appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. We are not responsible for technical issues, game server failures, connectivity problems, or interruptions to gameplay. Participation in tournaments is entirely at your own risk.
12. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the platform or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
13. Data & Privacy
We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include account details, match data, and payment-related information. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
