About These Terms
These terms apply when you create an account, use Wyvern Network, or enter an event. Event-specific rules also apply and take priority for that event where clearly disclosed and lawful.
Accounts and Age
- You must be at least 16 to create or use an account.
- If you are 16 or 17, you must have parent or legal-guardian permission to use the platform.
- Users aged 16 or 17 may enter a cash-prize event only where its rules allow it and they have parent or legal-guardian consent to compete and receive any prize.
- You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not transfer, sell, share, or impersonate an account.
- We may request proportionate age, identity, residency, guardian-consent, or payment verification when needed for eligibility, safety, fraud prevention, or prize distribution.
Entries, Fees, and Cancellations
You must meet the published eligibility, platform, region, roster, check-in, and evidence requirements. Any entry fee and event-specific refund rules will be shown before payment. If Wyvern cancels a paid event before it has been substantially delivered, affected entrants receive a full refund. Any deduction following withdrawal or disqualification must reflect disclosed rules, costs already incurred, and statutory rights, and will not be a disproportionate penalty.
Fair Play and Conduct
Cheats, exploits, unauthorised scripts or hardware, account sharing, prohibited smurfing, collusion, match fixing, harassment, threats, fraudulent evidence, and deliberate disruption are prohibited. This includes XIM, Cronus, or Titan devices where they create an unauthorised advantage under game or event rules.
Evidence and User Content
We may reasonably request screenshots, VODs, stream links, replay files, or telemetry to verify results and investigate disputes. You confirm that you may submit the material. You retain ownership but grant Wyvern a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, record, promote, or moderate the service. Private proof is not used for public promotion without separate permission.
Decisions, Sanctions, and Appeals
Administrators may investigate and take proportionate action, including warnings, result corrections, disqualification, prize withholding or forfeiture, suspension, or termination. We normally explain the main reason unless doing so would compromise safety, an investigation, or fraud controls.
Appeal within seven calendar days by emailing support@wyvern-network.com with the event, decision, reason, and evidence. Where practicable, someone not responsible for the original decision will review it. We aim to provide an outcome or progress update within 14 calendar days.
Prizes
Prizes are subject to result and eligibility checks. Payment may be reasonably delayed for identity, age, guardian-consent, tax, sanctions, anti-fraud, or payment-provider checks, with an update provided. A prize is withheld or forfeited only for a material breach, failed eligibility requirement, legal restriction, or unsuccessful payment after reasonable contact attempts.
Suspension and Closure
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Except in urgent safety, security, or fraud cases, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. You can request closure through the privacy request page.
Service Changes and Availability
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes materially affecting an active paid entry or confirmed event. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but this does not remove legal service standards or remedies.
Responsibility When Things Go Wrong
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Wyvern is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or caused by its breach, or for game servers, internet connections, streaming platforms, and third-party services outside reasonable control. We will still take reasonable steps to administer affected events fairly.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data is used, why, retention periods, and how to make a request or complaint.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice, and we may request acceptance again. Changes will not retrospectively remove an accrued prize, refund, appeal, or statutory right.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Users elsewhere retain mandatory consumer protections and local-court rights given by applicable law. Contact support@wyvern-network.com so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
